Fergal is an all-Ireland qualified Solicitor with specialisation in criminal defence and possesses extensive experience representing clients in Court from the District Court to the Supreme Court. Fergal has a particular interest in defending the rights of individuals detained in Garda custody and completed the SUPRALAT Garda Station training programme with the Law Society of Ireland in conjunction with the Maastricht University in 2019, making him perfectly equipped to robustly defend and vindicate the rights of clients detained and questioned by the Gardaí. Fergal is a member of the Dublin Solicitors Bar Association and Law Society of Ireland and out of work has an interest in politics, current affairs and is an avid supporter of Manchester United and Down GAA.
