Padraic qualified as a Solicitor in 1989 and is the founding Partner of Ferrys which was established in 1989. Padraic’s areas of expertise include Litigation, Dispute Resolution, Defamation, Judicial review, Administrative law and Criminal law.
Barry obtained a B.C.L. (International) degree from U.C.D and an M.A from Dublin City University. He previously worked with the Legal Aid Board before commencing his apprenticeship with Ferrys Solicitors LLP qualifying in 2009. Barry practices in the areas of litigation, employment, family, criminal and probate.
Fiona D’Arcy is a partner and based in the Ormond Quay office. After graduating from UCC with her law degree Fiona completed her traineeship with Ferrys qualifying as a Solicitor in 2004. Fiona set up practice in partnership before establishing her own successful law practice. Fiona joined Ferrys LLP in 2020. Fiona offers legal representation and advice on all aspects of criminal defence including road traffic offences, garda station attend, drink driving offences, judicial review, habeas corpus, European arrest warrants/extradition, revenue offences, regulatory offences, white-collar crime and constitutional law. Fiona is a member of the Dublin Bar Association and Law Society of Ireland.

Tony is an experienced criminal defence specialist with exceptional advocacy skills. His criminal defence work has contributed to the greater protection of the rights of people detained, charged and tried for criminal offences.
Tony joined Ferrys Solicitors in 2020 from his own practice and offers legal representation and advice on all aspects of criminal law, road traffic offences, drink driving offences, judicial review, habeas corpus, European arrest warrants/extradition, revenue offences, regulatory offences, white-collar crime and constitutional law. He is a member of the Education Faculty at the Law Society of Ireland as well as the Criminal Law Committee of the Dublin Solicitors Bar Association.

Gillian is a Trinity College graduate (BBS) and qualified as a Solicitor in 1999 following which she practiced with H.C. Browne, Solicitors and became a Partner in 2003. H C Browne Solicitors transferred to Ferrys in April 2013 and Gillian continues to practice as a Solicitor with Ferrys at the Artane/ Coolock Office. Gillian specialises in the areas of Personal Injury Litigation, Medical Negligence and General Litigation.
Catherine graduated from UCD with a Law Degree and qualified as a Solicitor in 1982 and has been practising as a Solicitor since that time. Catherine joined H C Browne, Solicitors in 2011 which transferred to Ferrys in April 2013. Catherine specialises in Conveyancing & Probate.
Geraldine is a graduate of UCD and was admitted to the roll of Solicitors in 1981. Geraldine established the practice of G.A. Scully & Co., Solicitors, Ballyfermot, Dublin 10 in 1985 which merged with Ferrys Solicitors LLP in October 2016.
Geraldine now practices at the Ballyfermot Branch of Ferrys Solicitors LLP and has expertise in all areas of General Practice including Probate, Civil Litigation and Conveyancing. She has developed a particular interest in Elder Law and the welfare of the vulnerable client.
Orla is a Graduate of UCD and was admitted to the Roll of Solicitors in 2005. Orla holds a Diploma in Property Tax and a Diploma in Commercial Property from the Law Society together with a Certificate in Banking Law. Orla represents both private and commercial clients and specialises in Residential and Commercial Property, Probate, Wills, Estates and Commercial Leases. Orla practices as a Solicitor with Ferrys in our Ormond Quay Office.
Marie Therese is a graduate of UCD and was admitted to the Roll of Solicitors in 2008. Marie Therese holds a Diploma in Trust and Estate Planning from the Law Society of Ireland. Marie Therese completed her apprenticeship in GA Scully & Co which transferred to Ferrys in 2016. Marie Therese practices in the areas of property, probate and litigation. Marie Therese practices as a Solicitors in our Ballyfermot Office.
Clare Barry is a graduate of the National University of Ireland, Galway with an International (French) Bachelor of Corporate Law degree and an LL.B (Bachelors of Laws) degree. Clare was admitted to the Roll of Solicitors in 2019 having served her apprenticeship in County Clare.
Clare practices as a Solicitor with Ferrys in our Rialto Office and represents Private Clients in respect of all Conveyancing matters and Wills, Probate and Estate matters.
Fergal is a solicitor based in the Ormond Quay office. He holds a Bachelor of Law and Business (LLB) degree from Queen’s University Belfast and a Master of Science (MSc) degree from the University of Ulster. He completed his Solicitor training at the Institute of Professional Legal Studies in Belfast before qualifying as a Solicitor in 2015. Fergal is eligible to practice across all 32 counties of Ireland and specialises in Criminal Law.
